Creativity has always been my form of communication.

I come from an artistic background. After my high school diploma in the arts, I pursued a degree in Dance Theatre as a performer. Through movement and various art forms, I discovered new ways to express myself and connect with others.

Experiencing the beneficial impact of art and movement in my life motivated me to understand and explore human movement.

Through my studies of the Feldenkrais Method©, I learned that increasing our awareness of how we move can lead to greater ease and functionality in our daily lives.

This path led me to a holistic approach to care.

While studying Occupational Therapy, I gained a deeper understanding of the various factors that influence our well-being and shape our quality of life.

I'm passionate about supporting people to participate in meaningful activities by using creative and innovative approaches that consider their personal, occupational, and environmental needs.

I am particularly interested in neurodiversity, mental health, and inclusive design, exploring how these areas can be applied within various community contexts.
